What does "Private Tour" mean?Every tour at YourMunichTour is your very private tour. That means we are your guide for your private tour, for you and your guests only and of course at the desired date. You determine the program You determine your desired date, the desired start time and the duration You decide how big your group will be You determine the start and end point whenever possible

At what times can I book the tours?With YourMunichTour you are absolutely flexible! You can book your private tour in 30-minute intervals from early in the morning 8:00 to in the evening 20:00.

Is there a description of the tours offered?Yes Many of the most frequently asked questions become superfluous by reading the tours described.

In which languages are the tours offered?Besides German, most tours are also offered in English. Furthermore, other languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Swedish on request. If you call up the description of a tour, you will find our offered languages on the right side under "tour details" and "available in these languages". Some tours are deliberately offered only in German, because here is explicitly played with the language or because topics refer in particular to local audiences. Where can I find the meeting point for my tour?Once you enter the description of a tour, you will find all practical information such as the price the maximum duration without prolongation the maximum number of people the approximate length of the route the meeting point, which is always valid if nothing else has been agreed upon

How do I recognize my guide?Please go to the meeting point in time! You will recognize our guides there by an ID card that identifies our guides as "official tour guides of the state capital of Munich".

How are the prices for the tours calculated?The prices for our tours are flat rates, regardless of the number of people participating. This means that the price for a tour always remains the same, regardless of whether one person or a group of up to 20 people books. So you pay the same fixed price of eg €220 for the entire tour.

Can I extend a tour and what does it cost?Yes You can extend the tour by adding one or more hours during the booking process

I am a company and would like to transfer the bill for my guests / group instead of paying cash. Is that possible?Yes During the booking process you will be asked for your payment preferences. In this case, select "Payment by invoice".
